Webshop software

Shopify

Our webshop is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Email and mailing lists

Shopify Email

Our website uses Shopify Email, a third party that handles the email traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the servers of Shopify Email. Shopify Email will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Shopify Email. Zoho Mail

We use the services of Zoho Mail for our regular business email traffic. Shopify Payments

We use the Shopify Payments platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Shopify Payments processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Shopify Payments has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shopify Payments reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Shopify Payments shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Shopify Payments's services for which they engage third parties. Shopify Payments does not store your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory terms.

Shipping and logistics

PostNL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL uses subcontractors, PostNL will also make your information available to these parties.

Web analysis

Google Analytics

Our website uses the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies with a validity of 14 months to record your access data when you visit our website.
